Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, EFTPOS, GE Creditline card and cash.

Credit Policy

Pet Doctor's at Animates supports GE Money Credit Line and does not offer any direct credit through the branch.

Appointment Policy

Walk-in clients are welcome, however, appointments are preferred. This allows everyone to receive the appropriate amount of time per consultation and thus, the best quality care. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointment.

Lead/Cage Policy

For your safety & protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

If you are concerned that your dog/cat may be infectious, please leave your animal in the car or outside until prompted by the veterinarian.
